when you surrender your right to chose, you give up your right to complain about the results. By not making any kind of choice or decision you in fact have made a choice. Regardless if you believe that you are playing it safe by letting fate decide or allowing others to choose for you, you are still making choices and you are responsible for the results of your inaction. So if you are going to have to be responsible for the outcome, then you should make the choices and perform the actions of your own design.
Half awake and Half Baked Ideas on a Saturday morning
Sometimes you have to get over your self, you have to put behind you the Ego you have accumulated through your lifetime in order to move on and find the real you that is buried deep beneath. We have two or more personalities, our mind creates many variations of our persona to deal with the multitude of different experiences and situations we had in our life. They connect to the core personality which is the real you, they are like extensions or sub programs made to make it easier to deal with the experiences in life. The problem is through time our situations change and those old sub programs / sub personalities are still there. It is hard for the mind to adapt an old persona and sometimes old values and old ways of dealing with things are no longer viable or acceptable. That is why we need to…

You and you alone are responsible for your actions
You can make your own choices and decisions or you can be a victim to the will and desires of others. Even when you surrender to the will of others you are responsible for the outcome of your life and behavior. You and you alone are responsible for your actions, words and the influence you have on the world you live in.
The only will I would surrender mine to is that of our creator and his son, for they wouldn’t lead me astray. But even when you surrender your will to God’s you still can choose things wrongly because your own will is still extant within you and tends to try to take control from time to time. This is why you should be ever aware of your actions and words so you do not make poor choices that influence or affect you or others negatively.

we can not achieve perfection by any means
Perfection, something many strive for but none truly ever reach. The illusion that we can achieve some form of perfection is nothing but a vicious trap. The more we work to be perfect the more we seem to find fault in ourselves. There is no man or woman who can achieve perfection and to try is to waste precious time and energy. We can achieve great and miraculous things but we will have many mistakes involved in the process. Mistakes and faults are what makes us who and what we are for through them we learn and grow spiritually. I believe many are perfectionists out of their fear of failure or some kind of desire to be accepted. Many overachievers and perfectionist are driven by the dreams and expectations of their parents, partners and peers. They haven’t realized that the only dreams and expectations they need to worry about is their own. God

Yet another morning is beginning and another night has come to a close,I made it through another day of life and I have blessed with another day of life. Sometimes we forget how much a blessing it is to have life, without it nothing else would matter because you wouldn’t exist. Life is a wonderful and wondrous gift god gave humanity, he gave us the ability to create or destroy, to love or hate and to follow our will or his. He gave us life and the freedom to choose how we live it and for whom we live it as well.
So we should show thanks each morning for another day of life and give thanks in the evening for that day we were blessed to live.
God gave humanity life, freewill and salvation. We have the choice to accept salvation and to follow his will or not. Thankful…

Acceptance of who and what you are is the first step to improving your outlook on life. If you are at war with who and what you are constantly then you will never find happiness or peace in your life. The things that you dislike about yourself can be removed, tamed or changed into something positive or at least acceptable. Those negative thoughts about yourself and others is like a flame that consumes all the positivity within you. There is no reason to hold on to negativity nor is there a reason not to be more positive. Forgive those whom have hurt you, forgive yourself for the hurt you’ve caused both yourself and others. Learn not to repeat the mistakes of the past and avoid those people who cause you pain. Don’t hate them or hold a grudge just be smart enough to avoid them as much as possible. Find…

Sometimes I let what other people think of me bother me more than it should. If someone likes me or not is something I can not control and knowing that makes me see that they are going to think what they may no matter what I do or say. So do I really care if others lie me or not, well I would be lying if I said no, but it isn’t as important to me as it used to be for sure. All I can do is to try to be someone who I would like and try to be someone I could be proud of being. IF I am neither of those then I have a problem, I may not always love myself but what I don’t like about myself I try to change and what I like about myself I try to improve as well. It is an…

The self, the ego, the id is one of our biggest roadblocks to happiness and to surrendering to God’s will. The ego has little interest in anyone or anything unless they are either beneficial or detrimental to it in someway. We are who we are and we can not do without the ego for it makes us who we are. We can however learn to tame the ego, put it in its place and let God’s will supersede our own and that of the ego. I guess it comes down to prioritizing, what God wants comes first and what we want comes last. Eventually what God wants for us becomes what we want as well so there is no conflict once we surrender to the will of God and accept him and Jesus in faith. This is not to say the ego is gone, it will pop up…
